About ALSA
Tools change.
Skills compound.
ALSA is a spin-off from MetaSkills Singapore, built by a team that has spent years helping people develop the human capabilities that technology cannot replace.
The question parents and schools are asking has changed. It is no longer "should children learn AI?" It is "how do we make sure they learn the right things?"
We believe the answer is not tool training. Tools will change faster than any curriculum can keep up. The answer is durable life skills — critical thinking, verification, communication, collaboration, creativity, self-management, and responsible AI use.
These skills transfer. They compound. They make children better learners, better collaborators, and better decision-makers — regardless of which AI tool they use, or whether AI is involved at all.
What we believe
Skills over tools
Any program that teaches one AI tool has an expiry date. We teach the skills that make every tool useful.
Humans in the loop
Every session has a trained human facilitator. AI is a tool students use, not a teacher that replaces people.
Build, don't lecture
Students learn by making real things. Every session is a project. Theory is embedded in practice.
Privacy by design
No student data leaves Singapore. No PII in AI calls. Zero data retention. Parents and schools can verify.
Measurable growth
Skill tracking across seven dimensions. Not grades. Not certificates. Real evidence of capability.
